Living well in lockdown

Creative Wellbeing Box

CREATIVE WELLBEING BOXThis creative course supplies you with a materials box via post, weekly activities and optional digital group gatherings / tutorials.

No prior experience is needed, the content is accessible to new beginners, whilst still inspiring creativity in more experienced individuals.

All sessions and materials are free and open to any adult who lives in Somerset.

The course is on Monday evenings from 5th Feb - 4th April from 7:00pm - 8:30pm.

What's involved?

Every week we work through a new creative activity, each of which gives a starting point and then can be carried out in various ways. This might be drawing, photography, sculpture, painting or even finding an interesting object or song to bring along.

Each session is modular, so you don't need to have been to previous ones to start and you don't need to worry if you miss any.

Why get involved?

This is a chance to get creative, get connected, improve your wellbeing and take a break.

Everything is free, including the materials.

There are optional group sessions on Zoom, so if you have a device you can take part, if you don’t then we may be able to help you with this that to.
